Using cross-tip screwdriver, remove.
Mounting screw (3)

Step 2 is typical for all four screws.
Only three screws are shown. Retain
associated hardware.
Remove.

Do not remove mounting bracket from airframe. Grounding
strap does not have to be removed unless replacement is
required.
